Business information

Your business name, phone, address and website. The bot uses these when a customer asks where you are or how to reach you, so keeping them accurate saves you answering the same question by hand.

Business type

E-commerce / Online shop or Agency / Service provider. This is not a label — it changes the dashboard.

You can change your business type here, and the dashboard follows immediately. What you already have does not transfer, though — products do not become documents. If you switch, plan on setting up the new side from scratch.

Resources

A count of what your bot has to work with — your products, or your knowledge files. A quick way to notice that an import did not land, or that a document you thought you uploaded is not actually there.

Your package

The same figures as the Billing tab, repeated here so you can see them without leaving your profile: messages today, messages this month, and what your plan includes. The button takes you to Billing to change it.

Google Calendar now connects in the Bookings tab, next to the meetings it powers — connect, see the connected account, and disconnect all in one place. (Agency accounts only.)

Notifications

One switch. On, this device gets a notification even when the dashboard is closed — a new order, a new booking, a chat that needs you, a channel that stopped working. Off, the bell in the top bar still works; only the phone stays quiet.

The first time you turn it on, the phone or browser asks for permission. If it is blocked, the row says so and tells you where to allow it. The full picture — the bell, the phone, the emails — is on the Notifications page of this manual.

If something goes wrong

My logo will not upload.
Use a normal PNG or JPG. Very large files and unusual formats can fail — if yours is several megabytes, shrink it first.
I changed my business type and my products vanished.
They are not deleted, they are simply not shown: an agency dashboard has no Inventory tab. Switch back to online shop and they reappear exactly as they were.
The bot gives out an old phone number.
Update it here. Also check Bot Training — if you typed a phone number into your training text, that copy has to be corrected too.
Google Calendar says connected but the bot is not booking.
Check the Bookings tab; it reports calendar problems in more detail. The usual cause is that your commitments live in a different Google calendar from the one you connected.
Where do I change my email or password?
Those belong to your login rather than your business profile. Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen, or write to us to change the email address.
Still stuck?
Write to us and a person will answer — not a bot.
