How much the bot is doing, how much you still do by hand, and when your customers actually write to you.

The period buttons

7 days, 30 days and 90 days sit at the top. Every number on the page changes with them, and each one is compared against the period immediately before it — so a green arrow on the 30-day view means better than the previous 30 days, not better than last year.

The page refreshes itself about once a minute; the time it last updated is written on the right.

The five cards at the top

CardWhat it counts
MessagesEvery message in and out, with today's figure underneath
CustomersHow many different people wrote to you, split into new and returning
ConversationsHow many separate chats, and the average number of messages in each
Bot resolvedThe share of chats the bot finished on its own, with how many needed you
RevenueMoney from confirmed orders, with the order count and average order value

CardWhat it counts
BookingsConfirmed bookings, and what share of your customers that is
Bot resolved is the number to watch week to week. Rising means your training is working. Falling means customers are asking things the bot does not know yet — and What customers ask about, further down, usually tells you what.

Conversation health

Three bars that answer one question: is the bot actually coping?

BarWhat it means
Handled by bot aloneThe bot answered and nobody needed you. This is the one to grow
Needed a human agentYou took over. Normal — but a rising share is worth investigating
Never answeredSomebody wrote and got nothing back
Never answered should be zero. Anything above it means a channel was disconnected, or the bot was paused, at the moment those people wrote. The tab prints a warning under the bars when it happens.

Customer mix

New people against people who came back, plus a count of the photos and voice messages customers sent. If those two numbers are high, your customers prefer showing to typing — worth knowing before you write your bot's training.

Channels

Which platform is actually carrying your business, by message count and by how many separate customers came through it. Useful when deciding where to spend on advertising.

When customers message

Twenty-four bars, one per hour, in Bangladesh time. The tallest is marked as your peak.

This is the most practical chart on the page: it tells you the hours worth being personally available, and the hours you can safely leave to the bot.

What customers ask about

The words that come up most often in customer messages. Read it as a to-do list for Bot Training — a word appearing often that your bot handles badly is the single most valuable thing you can fix.

Best selling products

Taken from confirmed orders only, so it reflects what people actually bought rather than what they asked about. Underneath, Orders over time and the conversion figure show what share of the people who wrote to you ended up ordering.

Most requested services

Taken from confirmed bookings only. Underneath, Bookings over time and the conversion figure show what share of the people who wrote to you ended up booking.

If something goes wrong

Everything shows zero.
Either no channel is connected yet, or nobody has written in the period you are looking at. Try the 90-day view; if that is empty too, check Channels.
Bot resolved says a dash instead of a number.
There were not enough finished conversations in the period to work out a percentage. It fills in on its own once there are.
Revenue looks too low.
Only confirmed orders count. Anything still Pending is not in the figure. Check the status breakdown at the bottom of the tab.
The numbers differ from what Facebook shows me.
They count different things. Meta counts everything on your Page including comments and reactions; getvoicium counts the conversations it actually handled. Some difference is expected.
Why Bangladesh time?
Because your customers are there. Fixing the clock to one place means the peak hour means the same thing whether you check it from Dhaka or from abroad.
